A leading industrial maintenance provider is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee operations at a flagship client site in Central London, with additional responsibility for sites across the South. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys practical problem-solving, autonomy, and working across complex industrial systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing maintenance activities across a major Central London site and regional locations
- Providing hands-on support across hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and electrical control systems
- Ensuring compliance, safety, and operational reliability
- Leading contractors and coordinating planned and reactive maintenance
- Acting as the key technical contact for client stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Time-served engineering background
- HNC/HND or Degree in an engineering discipline (preferred)
- Strong practical, hands-on approach
- Experience with industrial systems: hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, electrical controls
- Background in defence or manufacturing environments
- Ability to commute to Central London regularly
- Able to obtain security clearance
