If you enjoy bringing order to documentation, preparing organisations for audits, and building practical, compliant solutions that stand up to inspection - this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting audit readiness activities and ensuring documentation is inspection‑ready (MHRA / MOD)
- Designing and implementing a GDP‑compliant document management system in SharePoint Online
- Working closely with IS, QA, and business process owners to align systems, documentation, and ways of working
- Preparing handover packs and delivering CSV / GDP awareness or training sessions
- Establishing periodic review processes and driving continuous improvement
- Proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Maintaining a clear and structured schedule of project activities
Deliverables You’ll Own
You’ll be accountable for producing practical, high‑quality outputs, including:
- A CSV / GDP documentation gap analysis and action plan
- A full suite of compliant CSV QA documentation and artefacts
- Guidance on compliant IS change management processes
- Audit preparation checklists and supporting evidence packs
- A GDP‑compliant SharePoint Online document management solution
- Training materials and handover documentation for internal teams
- Supplier documentation review reports (where applicable)
- A review and improvement log, plus an up‑to‑date risk and dependency register
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from contractors who can hit the ground running and bring clarity to complex environments. You’ll ideally have:
- Demonstrable experience in CSV, QA, and GDP within regulated environments
- A strong track record supporting audits and remediation activities
- Hands‑on experience building and managing document control systems in SharePoint Online
- A solid understanding of IS change management and compliance processes
- Confidence working independently while engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Experience reviewing supplier documentation and providing clear feedback
- A proactive mindset with a focus on risk management and continuous improvement
Practical Details
- Reporting line: MSS Programme Manager (embedded within the IS function)
- Working pattern: Mostly remote with occasional travel to Bristol
- Contract length: 6 months initially, with a high likelihood of extension
- Clearance: Existing SC clearance is essential
Why Join?
You’ll be working on a meaningful programme in a regulated environment where your expertise will genuinely make a difference. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, autonomy, and visibility - ideal for a contractor who values quality, structure, and collaboration.
