You ll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and fault finding on Building Management Systems across a range of commercial sites.
This is a field-based role, mainly covering the Bristol area, with occasional travel to Newport, Cardiff, Taunton, Swindon, Oxford, Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Hereford.
What You ll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on BMS systems.
Diagnosing and repairing faults on Building Management Systems and associated controls.
Commissioning, testing, and optimising BMS systems to ensure they are operating efficiently.
Making minor software and control strategy adjustments where required.
Completing service reports and keeping accurate maintenance records.
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
Providing excellent customer service while working across multiple client sites.
