About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join the team as a Support Staff Worker.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in maintenance, labouring, facilities, or general handyman work.
You don\'t need any specialist qualifications, as full instructions and a work schedule will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Flushing taps, showers, and toilets in vacant buildings and empty flats following a weekly schedule.
- Taking and recording hot and cold water temperature readings using a handheld thermometer.
- Completing simple paperwork to record temperature checks.
- Helping with site preparation, including moving items and delivering materials around the site.
- Supporting the maintenance team with general labouring and day-to-day site tasks.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance, labouring, facilities, warehouse, or a similar hands-on role would be an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and stick to a work schedule.
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Willing to complete a DBS check before starting.
