Duration: 3-months, will be extended
Location: Stafford
As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and packaging of high-quality products according to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities of the Assembly Operator:
– Reads and follows work procedures, schematics, and verbal instructions to execute manufacturing and assembly operations
– Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations, using hand and power tools to meet product specifications
– Tests and calibrates assembled parts and mechanisms to ensure they meet tolerance and quality requirements
– Identifies and repairs any units that fail tests or do not meet tolerance levels
– Maintains daily production output and follows all EHS and quality policies and procedures
– Works collaboratively with team leads, engineers, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency
Qualifications and Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant manufacturing experience preferred
– Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
– Proficient in using hand and power tools for assembly and testing
– Experience with soldering or quality assurance processes is a plus
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
