We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects within the water industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who can manage on-site activities, ensure compliance, and keep projects running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day‐to‐day site activities
  • Maintain full compliance across site operations, including all required documentation and paperwork
  • Produce accurate and timely project reports
  • Update and manage trackers, programmes and other project controls
  • Review contractor performance, including RAMS assessments
  • Promote, implement, and monitor health, safety and welfare standards on site
  • Provide cover for the Project Manager when required

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience working within the water industry
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in managing contractors and driving quality performance
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams
