We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects within the water industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who can manage on-site activities, ensure compliance, and keep projects running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage dayβtoβday site activities
- Maintain full compliance across site operations, including all required documentation and paperwork
- Produce accurate and timely project reports
- Update and manage trackers, programmes and other project controls
- Review contractor performance, including RAMS assessments
- Promote, implement, and monitor health, safety and welfare standards on site
- Provide cover for the Project Manager when required
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience working within the water industry
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident in managing contractors and driving quality performance
