The estate comprises a diverse portfolio of buildings of varying ages and functions, containing a wide range of critical infrastructure and building services systems. The successful candidate will act as the technical authority, ensuring engineering standards, statutory compliance, and asset management obligations are met while supporting the delivery of planned asset replacement programmes.
