We're looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie / Pizza Chef to join our friendly Italian restaurant in Hackney Wick, London. The ideal candidate should be able to confidently manage the pizza section, including dough preparation, stretching, topping pizzas, oven management, and maintaining high quality standards.

As we are a small and close-knit team, we're looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and happy to help wherever needed. The role includes:

  • Preparing simple pasta dishes and starters
  • Supporting the head chef during service
  • Assisting with stock control and orders
  • Helping keep the kitchen running smoothly

Experience: Not required

Employment: Full-time
