We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to manage our guest journey from their initial enquiries to welcoming them on arrival and supporting during their time at C.Bay Spa. You will ensure our guests have a luxurious experience with a personal touch.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience working within a luxury spa.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
- Someone who takes responsibility and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our guests.
