Carbeth Plants is an expanding, ambitious e Commerce business specializing in indoor & outdoor plants and gardening products across the UK.
As we scale across multiple channels, we’re looking for a commercially aware e Commerce Marketplace Executive to help us maximise performance across our third‑party platforms including Amazon, e Bay & B&Q.
This role is ideal for someone who combines a deep understanding of marketplace mechanics with sharp trading instincts, attention to detail, and strong digital reporting skills.
You’ll support and execute listing management, merchandising, campaign input, pricing strategies, and marketplace optimisation to help grow revenue and improve margin.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise listings across Amazon, e Bay, and other 3rd party marketplaces, ensuring accurate content, imagery, and categorisation
- Support daily trading activities by updating stock, prices, and promotional content in line with business KPIs
- Collaborate with internal CX, trading, and product teams to ensure marketplace consistency and alignment with brand
- Monitor marketplace dashboards and seller tools to identify trends, issues, or growth opportunities
- Analyse channel performance (GMV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, TACo S, etc.) to provide actionable recommendations
- Conduct regular competitor and category analysis
- Assist with onboarding and setup of new channels or fulfilment models where required
- Ensure channel compliance and SLA adherence through diligent marketplace admin
- We're Looking For
- Experience working with Amazon Seller, e Bay Seller Hub, or equivalent
- Strong data entry, content management, and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Commercial understanding of digital KPIs
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a varied workload in a fast‑moving environment
- Familiarity with digital tools such as GA4, Helium 10 or similar desirable
- Basic understanding of SEO/keyword optimisation for marketplaces
- Good written English and the ability to present insights clearly and concisely
- Nice to Have
- Experience with multi channel ecommerce.
- Background in retail, trading or product‑led ecommerce preferred
