The Electrical Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Carrickmore, responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance and installation activities. This role includes planning and allocating daily tasks, supervising electrical technicians, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards. The Electrical Supervisor will inspect and troubleshoot electrical equipment, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and support commissioning of new systems. They will ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, company procedures, and health and safety regulations, while maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to address technical queries, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement in electrical operations.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Inspection and Testing qualification (not essential but preferred).
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Experience in supervising electrical teams in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environments is an advantage.
