What You Will Do
You will lead by example, delivering hands-on clinical care while supporting and guiding the care team. You’ll create and review personalised care plans, administer medication safely, monitor residents’ wellbeing, and ensure accurate, professional documentation. As a visible, approachable Nurse, you will also build positive relationships with residents, families and visiting professionals. Every shift is an opportunity to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing, while working collaboratively to ensure residents feel safe, valued and at home.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Excellent communication, clinical and leadership skills
- A caring and professional approach, with genuine passion for providing high-quality care
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts based on home needs
