Nestled in the beautiful seaside town of Selsey, our luxurious care home offers exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 70 residents. We are looking for warm, caring, and dedicated individuals to join our care team. What We Offer:

What You Will Do:
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily routines, from personal care and mobility to mealtimes and social activities. You will help promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing, always delivering care with compassion and respect. No two days are the same, but every moment matters.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred
- Ideally 6 months of experience, but we also welcome those new to care with the right attitude
- A kind, patient, and reliable nature
- A genuine passion for supporting older people and working as part of a team
