Join a dynamic, fast-growing private credit fund with a pan-European presence. With a headcount of 70 across four offices, this is a rare opportunity to take on a high-impact, standalone strategic role reporting directly to the COO.

The Opportunity

As the VP of Strategy Operations, you will have the autonomy to shape and drive the firm’s strategic initiatives during a key growth phase. Backed by significant investment, the firm has ambitious plans for expansion over the next five years—across new European jurisdictions and through the development of innovative financial products.

You will act as a key thought partner to the COO, leading the planning and execution of growth strategies, and driving operational transformation across the business. This includes change management related to people, processes, and the firm’s evolving digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to define and execute the firm’s strategic roadmap
• Evaluate and drive both organic and inorganic growth initiatives across Europe
• Lead operational strategy to support scaling efforts, including team structures and digital systems
• Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with firm-wide objectives
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across investment, operations, and technology functions

About You

• Background in top-tier strategy consulting (ideally with financial services exposure)
• Experience in an in-house strategy or transformation role within a financial services organisation
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of execution and deliver measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with a pragmatic and commercial mindset
• Familiarity with the private credit or broader alternative asset management space is a plus
