Our client, a leading European Wealth Management and Tax Planning advisory business, seeks an experienced Senior Paralegal for its London office. Acting as a central point of coordination for legal, contractual and governance matters, the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, identify legal and commercial issues, and coordinate with external legal advisers where specialist advice is required.
The successful candidate will support the management of external legal matters, including briefing external counsel, maintaining records of advice received, tracking ongoing matters and assisting with the monitoring of legal spend. A key objective of the role is to improve the efficiency, consistency and visibility of legal and contractual processes across the business.
The position offers broad exposure across commercial contracts, supplier management, legal operations, data protection administration, governance processes, legal research and cross-border business activities. It represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced in-house paralegal, legal operations professional or contracts specialist seeking a broad and varied role within a growing international organisation.
The successful candidate will have a law degree, a minimum of circa 6+ years' relevant experience in legal operations, contract management, paralegal practice or in-house legal administration, ideally within a regulated financial services, or professional services environment.
