I'm currently partnering with an established and well-capitalised non-bank lender that is continuing to invest heavily in its Real Estate Finance platform. With significant capital to deploy and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to appoint an Associate Director to help originate, structure and execute transactions across the UK property market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex transactions whilst also developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of a highly respected lending franchise.

The role:

  • Building and maintaining relationships across the UK property market

What we're looking for:

  • Approximately 5-8 years' experience within UK real estate lending
  • Strong credit and underwriting capability
  • Experience structuring investment and/or development finance transactions
  • Ability to think commercially and creatively when assessing opportunities
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
