You'll take responsibility across a growing UK commercial real estate portfolio, covering business planning, budgeting, tenant strategy, capex, reporting and ongoing re-underwriting – with the opportunity to influence how assets and platforms are managed and grown.
We're looking for:
Someone with 2–5 years' UK commercial real estate asset management experience, a strong academic background and the commercial drive to thrive in a flat, entrepreneurial and high-performance environment.
c.£70k base + compelling bonus structure + potential future carry. London | 5 days per week in the office | UK-wide travel.
