Are you a hands-on Marketing professional who knows how to make digital channels deliver real results? We're working with a well-established international wealth advisory firm looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take the lead on multi-channel marketing strategy and drive serious growth, particularly across digital platforms.

This is a key hire within a small but highly motivated team, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director. You’ll own the marketing strategy and delivery—everything from paid advertising and SEO to content and lead gen—with a clear mission: boost brand awareness, drive enquiries, and support international clients navigating their move between the UK and Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and LinkedIn.
  • Shaping and executing SEO strategies to increase visibility and inbound traffic.
  • Overseeing campaign performance, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and third-party agencies to develop compelling content that engages the right audience.
  • Aligning closely with the sales team to ensure strong conversion from enquiries to qualified meetings.
  • Establishing the business as a trusted go-to for HNWIs and professionals relocating internationally.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid marketing experience ideally across both agency and in-house roles.
  • Proven track record running performance-led advertising campaigns and SEO strategies.
  • Someone who’s both strategic and executional—you can create the plan and roll up your sleeves to deliver it.
  • Confidence managing third-party partners, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
  • A strong grasp of international audiences and how to position messaging effectively to them.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a team is a bonus.
  • There would be a huge preference towards applications with a Wealth Management, Financial Services or similar background.

What You’ll Get:

  • The opportunity to lead and shape marketing strategy for a growing business with big ambitions.
  • A role that offers ownership, autonomy and measurable impact.
  • Supportive leadership, flexible working and a collaborative culture.

This is a standout opportunity for a digital-first marketer who thrives in a dynamic, commercially-driven environment and wants to take the lead in a business where marketing matters.
