Real Estate Investment Analyst (Debt or Equity)

We are hiring for a real estate investment firm with £2bn AUM and significant balance sheet capital to deploy. They have an impressive portfolio of Central London office assets.

They need to hire an analyst with 1 to 2 years of UK commercial real estate transaction experience. They don\’t mind if this is debt or equity providing you have very strong cash flow modelling skills with the ability to build complex models from scratch.

Please not this is a junior hire, they want to hire somebody who is happy to be an analyst for the next couple of years.

They may consider a maths / science / engineering grad who has some real estate intern experience.

Package + other information

Basic – £55-65,000

Target bonus – 25%

Office-based 5 days a week with every other Friday working from home. Office 5 mins walk from Bond Street & Marylebone.
