Real Estate Analyst – German-speaking | London-based
We are working with one of our long-standing investment clients, who also manage real estate assets on behalf of institutional investors, to secure a German-speaking Analyst to join their asset management team. This may be hired at Associate level for the right candidate.
In this role, you will be responsible for financial modelling and commercial analysis related to ongoing asset management, development, and leasing initiatives within the existing portfolio, covering both property asset management mandates and new acquisitions.
Your work will include both acquisition underwriting and ongoing asset management analysis for the existing portfolio. The focus will primarily be on current and future assets and opportunities in Germany, and potentially other European countries, depending on evolving priorities and opportunities.
This position is London-based, with occasional travel to Germany.
We are looking for individuals with:
