They target value add returns across core and alternative real estate asset classes. Their primary focus is the UK but they have investments in key European cities.
They are looking for a senior associate (possibly VP) to work on their Central London office strategy. In time it is likely the role will expand into operating real estate (resi and hotels). - Advanced financial modelling capabilities.
- Ability to lead an analyst team.
Salary for senior associate is £120k. Bonus 50-100%. A full job spec is available for people with the relevant experience.
