Loan/Lending Operations - Real Estate Private Credit

We are working with a leading European real estate private credit platform to appoint a Lending Operations Associate as part of a newly formed and expanding Loan Operations team.

The Role

This is a hands-on lending operations role supporting a diverse real estate loan portfolio. You’ll work closely with credit, sales, legal advisers and external stakeholders to ensure accurate servicing throughout the life of each loan.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years’ experience in property finance loan servicing or lending operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with an interest in improving processes
• Comfortable working with loan systems, financial data and reporting
