You will be joining an overseas bank with a well-established UK branch and a sizeable European CRE portfolio.
They provide large-ticket loans (investment and construction financing) for high-profile sponsors, both as a lead bank and as a participant.
They lend against office, logistics and BTR, with plans to expand into other sectors, including operational real estate asset classes.
