Now Hiring: Head of Hotel Finance (UK)
Are you a seasoned hotel finance professional with a track record in high-value dealmaking? This is a rare opportunity to lead the hotel finance division of a specialist UK lender with a strong presence in the property and hospitality sectors.
We’re looking for a strategic leader to drive origination, build lasting relationships, and lead a high-performing team—all while helping shape the broader business strategy at senior level.
What you’ll be doing
Originate and structure complex hotel finance deals (£20m–£100m+)
Build and manage a strong portfolio of development and investment clients
Represent the business at industry events and build market visibility
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing lending team
Review and approve credit proposals with sound risk judgment
Sit on senior credit and leadership committees

Proven originator with strong existing network and commercial acumen
