We’re working with a global advisory platform that’s doing things differently. They’re early—but have built an impressive track record. They operate a partner-led model across investment banking, capital markets and strategic advisory. They now want to hire a Head of UK Real Estate to build out the platform here. This isn’t a "business as usual" role. It’s a chance to build something.
Ideally you will come from a corporate finance background. You could be a debt advisor looking for a broader remit. You must have a deep network in the UK real estate market and a track record of originating and executing advisory mandates. They’re open to an experienced MD, an up and coming VP, or anything in between. Real estate is a key growth area for them.
Recent activity includes:
- €500m+ structured debt/equity raise for a residential platform in the Netherlands
- €200m+ fundraise for a French asset manager
- Sole advisor on a €500m+ global raise for a major US developer, their first fund raise outside of the US
The role: You’ll lead the UK real estate business. Originate, execute and build a team over time. You’ll have the autonomy to shape it.

Market leading compensation: They have a partner model where you're not paid an annual salary. All partners (which you would be) receive a partnership payment every 6 months. In addition, 50% of all deal fees goes straight to the deal team. Successful partners earn high levels of compensation.
