This is an opportunity to join a tech enabled real estate finance broker to be their lead commercial real estate debt advisor. The firm has a strong track record in the development and bridging market but get a lot of leads for larger ticker CRE opportunities and need somebody to build that part of their business. Why this might appeal to you: You will need to bring a network of borrowers and a track record of effective business development but you will get a flow of warm leads You have access to their proprietary tech platform which gives you and your clients visibility of UK lenders products, criteria, and pricing. High performers will be offered an equity stake in the business What they need: ~5+ years of commercial real estate debt experience gained at a bank, an alternate lender, or a broker ~ A strong network of borrowers and introducers ~ A natural mentality for origination Salary is c£90k. You are paid % of the fees which you generate, this is paid quarterly.
