Buy-to-Let and Bridging Finance strategy across multiple product lines.
This is a pivotal leadership role — setting the commercial vision, leading the sales function, and shaping the growth of an ambitious lending division.

- What You’ll Do
- Define and deliver the commercial and sales strategy across mortgage, BTL, and bridging portfolios (regulated and unregulated).
- Lead a multi-channel sales team — both internal and field-based — across brokers, distributors, packagers, and introducers.
- Identify and capitalise on new product and market opportunities, driving innovation and profitability.
- Partner closely with Credit, Risk, Compliance and Marketing to ensure robust governance and commercial success.
- Act as a senior spokesperson for the division — representing the business at industry events and forums.
- Support and deputise for the Managing Director in shaping divisional strategy and performance.
- What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in specialist lending with a strong commercial or sales leadership background.
- Proven success managing multi-channel distribution networks (packagers, brokers, clubs, etc).
- In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment (FCA, PRA, AML, Consumer Duty).
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deliver results.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a track record of building high-performing teams.
