We are working with a new Property Finance lender on a new hire for an additional Case Manager to support their ongoing growth. The Case Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of real estate loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient funding process. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate finance / lending and a keen eye for risk assessment, compliance, and client service.

Requirements for the role:
- Proven experience in case management, loan processing, or real estate finance.
- Knowledge of bridging finance, development finance, mezzanine lending, or structured / bespoke debt solutions.
- Strong understanding of real estate lending processes, credit assessment, and legal due diligence.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with FCA regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and risk assessment in lending.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management software.
