Base pay range
Salary is up to £65,000. Mainly office-based but some flexibility to work from home.
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate with 2-4 years of real estate lending experience to join a newly created lender. They have significant capital to deploy initially in the UK with plans to expand into Europe. They provide senior and whole loans (up to £30m) across all asset classes.
You will be working closely with an experienced MD with a deep track in the European real estate market. You will be screening deals, building models, writing credit papers, and supporting the MD through the underwriting and execution process.
The firm is developing a proprietary technology platform to manage the end-to-end lending process, so you should enjoy tech and thinking about process improvement.
