I'm currently partnering with an established and well-capitalised non-bank lender that is continuing to invest heavily in its Real Estate Finance platform. With significant capital to deploy and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to appoint an Associate Director to help originate, structure and execute transactions across the UK property market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex transactions whilst also developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of a highly respected lending franchise.
