This November, we’re opening our tenth, and biggest Caravan at the Southbank. We’re looking for an exceptional Waiter to own and thrive in a section. We’re after someone kind, confident, high-energy and genuinely passionate about what they do. Someone who knows good food, fine drinks and gets a kick out of working in a team and giving their guests the best experience possible.
You’ll be joining Caravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars and plenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.
The role
As Waiter, you’ll work with the full team to make sure your section runs brilliantly whenever you’re in the building. That means engaging in the Caravan culture, hospitality and taking advantage of our development opportunities to ensure every guest leaves the restaurant with the best experience possible.
What you're doing as Waiter
- Ensure our food, drink, and service standards are consistently delivered.
- Take full ownership of your section and help create the kind of hospitality people want to come back for.
- Develop your own skills & knowledge and share that knowledge with your team.
- Support your team members; making sure everyone feels welcome, and smashing each service as a team.
- Work closely with the wider restaurant team to give every guest the best experience possible.
