This November,we’re opening our tenth, and biggest, Caravan at the Southbank. And we’relooking for a brilliant Pizza Chef to help run our pizza service. We’re aftersomeone kind, confident and genuinely passionate fare il pizzaiolo. Someone whois passionate about fresh ingredients, fermenting sourdough and the perfectleopardo. Someone who knows how to work in a team, and gets a kick out ofhelping their team give our guests the best experience possible
You’ll be joiningCaravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars andplenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.
The role
As Junior PizzaChef, you’ll work alongside your Head Chef and the management team to make surethe kitchen runs brilliantly every day. That means following the standards forhealth & safety, culture, hospitality and developing yourself, andinspiring the team around you to make sure every dish sent out is one we’reproud to serve.
What you'll bedoing as Pizza Chef
• Following standards for health & safetyand delivering excellence across the kitchen
• Making sure every pizza is made consistently,confidently and to spec
• Working as a great team mate; helping out yourcolleagues when needed and growing your development in the process
• Keeping on top of your stock, cleanliness,health & safety and all the brilliant basics that make a great kitchen work
• Working closely with the wider restaurant teamto give every guest the best experience possible
