We’re after someone kind,confident, high-energy and genuinely passionate about what they do. Someone whoknows how to support their team, loves to welcome & awe guests from thefirst impression, and who wants to share thatpassion with their team & guests.
You’ll be joiningCaravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars andplenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.
The role
As Bartender you’llwork alongside your Bar Manager and the management team to make sure the day-to-dayoperation of the bar runs brilliantly every day. That means having highstandards for health & safety, culture, hospitality and inspiring &educating the team around you to make sure every guest that leaves therestaurant has the best experience possible.
What you'll bedoing as Bartender
• Ensureour beverage and service standards are consistently delivered
• Sharing your knowledge and passion withthe full team and helping create the kind of hospitality people want to comeback for
• Following requirements regarding weightsand measures, licensing laws, health, and safety
• Working closely with the wider restaurantteam to give every guest the best experience possible
