This November,
we’re opening our tenth, and biggest, Caravan at the Southbank. And we’re
looking for an exceptional Bartender to help us open. We’re after someone kind,
confident, high-energy and genuinely passionate about what they do. Someone who
knows how to support their team, loves to welcome & awe guests from the
first impression, and who wants to share that
passion with their team & guests.
You’ll be joining
Caravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars and
plenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.
The role
As Bartender you’ll
work alongside your Bar Manager and the management team to make sure the day-to-day
operation of the bar runs brilliantly every day. That means having high
standards for health & safety, culture, hospitality and inspiring &
educating the team around you to make sure every guest that leaves the
restaurant has the best experience possible.
What you'll be doing as Bartender
- Ensure our beverage and service standards are consistently delivered
- Sharing your knowledge and passion with the full team and helping create the kind of hospitality people want to come back for
- Following requirements regarding weights and measures, licensing laws, health, and safety
- Working closely with the wider restaurant team to give every guest the best experience possible
