Caravan Southbank in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its expanding kitchen as we open our tenth Caravan. You will help lead the kitchen team with a focus on fresh ingredients, developing your skills and supporting colleagues to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You will work under the Head Chef to run the kitchen daily, uphold health and safety standards, and ensure every dish is prepared to the highest specification.
