The predicted salary is between 13 - 17 £ per hour.

Salary – Up to £17.70 per hour, depending on experience PLUS BONUS. At Caravan, we share a love of mighty fine coffee, hand crafted good food and friendly vibes. Responsibilities

  • Delivering our ‘Caravan of Love’ style of customer experience with your team and serving up our ‘well-travelled’ food and drink, which is inspired by flavours from our founders’ native New Zealand, as well as their global travels.
  • Working with your General Manager and Head Chef to nurture and develop your team.
  • Your own learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills and take ownership of your role and your restaurant.
  • Follow all legal requirements regarding weights and measures, licensing laws, health, and safety as well as fire procedures.
  • Welcoming customers, taking drinks orders, making recommendations, and serving our well-travelled drinks that delight our guests.
  • Training and development of key team members.
  • Guide, coach, and support teams during service, to develop teamwork and ensure the standard of service is always exceptional.
