The Role

As a Small Works Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. Working closely with the Compliance Director, you'll manage a variety of tasks involving customer communication, material delivery, and labour coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process over 1200 new jobs per year within their specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Raise manufacture orders for materials and organise their timely dispatch
  • Coordinate labour and raise purchase orders where necessary
  • Liaise with production and contractors to track progress and ensure completion of jobs
  • Provide continuous updates to clients on the status of ongoing works
  • Maintain accurate filing and up-to-date documentation
  • Manage new enquiries, raising quotations, and issuing them where required
  • Prepare and issue worksheets, Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), and quotation letters
