Caravan Fitzrovia in London is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead a busy bar team, deliver our Caravan of Love service, and drive the guest experience with well-travelled drinks and food inspired by New Zealand founders.
You will work with the General Manager and Head Chef to nurture staff, maintain high standards, and ensure compliance with licensing and safety rules. Previous experience with Fourth, FnB or Harri is a plus, and internal progression is encouraged.
