You’ll help bring Caravan coffee and our brand story to life across a diverse customer base, working closely with our sales, marketing, and training teams to ensure we’re delivering best‑in‑class experiences and long‑term partnerships. This role combines commercial focus with brand guardianship; you’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new opportunities, supporting existing customer relationships, and representing Caravan at key trade shows, customer events, and activations across the UK. You’ll also take ownership of all POS and brand material management across the foodservice channel, ensuring our partners are well supported with the right tools to showcase Caravan in their spaces, and that stock levels, needs, and usage are clearly tracked and communicated back to marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Support & Relationship Management: Support existing key foodservice partners to ensure exceptional service, brand presentation, and product quality. Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our offer, service standards, and communication. Liaise with our training and technical teams to ensure customers receive consistent support post‑launch.
  • Channel Growth & New Business: Identify, prospect, and win new foodservice accounts, with a focus on contract caterers, B‑I, and hospitality operators. Support the development of strategic growth plans for the foodservice channel, ensuring Caravan is represented in the right spaces and with the right partners. Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new accounts.
  • POS, Stock & Brand Presentation: Manage POS materials and stock for the foodservice channel, ensuring sites have the tools they need to represent Caravan consistently and beautifully. Identify POS needs across customer sites, proactively briefing requirements into the marketing team. Maintain an accurate log of POS usage and stock levels, supporting efficient planning and distribution. Conduct regular site visits to review brand presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Events & Activations: Support with Caravan‑led events such as pop‑up barista carts, trade shows, and customer activations. Assist with event setup, coordination, and on‑the‑day representation to ensure Caravan’s coffee and brand are showcased to the highest standard.
  • Performance & Reporting: Track and report on sales performance and pipeline within your channel, supporting the delivery of revenue goals. Maintain accurate CRM and reporting tools to ensure visibility of all opportunities and activities. Contribute to regular team meetings and performance reviews with insight and initiative.

Minimum 1 year of barista experience with a strong understanding of specialty coffee. Genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and the wider community. Confident presenter, comfortable leading tastings, meetings, and customer interactions. Comfortable working with numbers, CRM systems, and basic sales reporting. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across a range of stakeholders. Experience within foodservice, hospitality, or FMCG is beneficial but not essential.
