The predicted salary is between 17 - 17 £ per hour.

Your role is to support the management team with all aspects of the day to day running of the bar including the supervision and training of the bar team, working closely with your restaurant team to ensure that our drinks are prepared to the highest quality and to spec, help to manage costs by minimising wastage. You’ll be leading the floor team to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

What you’ll be doing as a Caravan Head Bartender
- Lead the standards, service, and performance of the bar.
- Deliver a consistent and elevated hospitality experience by embedding clear drinks specs, service standards, and ways of working.
- Be the ambassador of bar excellence—leading by example coaching, guiding, and supporting the bar team.
- Deliver engaging training, onboarding, and upskilling to ensure every team member feels confident, capable, and connected to our values.
- Maintain bar health and safety, cleanliness, stock control, and operational best practices.
