What you’ll be doing as a Caravan Chef de Partie:

  • Serving our famous ’well‑traveled’ food, inspired by flavours from our founder’s native New Zealand and their global travels
  • Supporting the restaurant team with our ’Caravan of Love’ customer experience
  • Continuously learning to develop your knowledge and skills
  • Taking ownership of your role and thriving in a kitchen environment
  • Cooking with fresh ingredients

Supporting environmental stewardship targets and efficiency goals by following departmental environmental policies and monitoring personal use of vital resources such as energy, disposable goods and food waste.
