The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

  • Key Tasks/accountabilities
  • Daily reconciliation of monies received, including processing of audits.
  • Investigate daily billing issues and resolve accordingly.
  • Review daily finance activity reports, including Bank reports and action as required.
  • Credit control of various products & raising invoices to be issued to Third Parties.
  • Process the Sites ‘month end’ within specific timescales and deadlines.
  • Reconcile the Sites Daily cash movements and banking’s, liaising with the Sites staff and supporting them to resolve any issues.
  • Ensure all Suppliers are paid according to the agreed payment terms, including payments by BACS, Cheque, Bankline and Direct Debit.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, answering any queries.
  • Supporting the Business, resolving any finance queries as and when required.
  • Complete all month end activities in accordance with month end deadlines.
  • Any Ad-hoc tasks as directed from Finance Processing Manager.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven track record of managing large volumes of transactions in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of management.
  • Experience of SAP finance system and Microsoft office suite and G Suite.
  • Design and implement plans for own areas of responsibility.
