- Building and running the process for how we manage technical vendors.
- Keeping an eye on supplier performance and reporting back with clear insights.
- Sorting out any vendor headaches like PO issues, delivery delays, or SLA slips.
- Helping the IS team get better at managing vendors themselves through training and best practices.
- Getting involved in contract reviews and making sure we\'re getting the best value.
