Key Tasks/Accountabilities

  • Support the Publications Manager in producing the Sites Directory and Handbook, including collecting and preparing data, proofreading content, and working with site owners and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and high-quality presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Product Data Executive to maintain accurate and up-to-date data through effective database management.
  • Assist with sourcing, collating, and updating images for publications.
  • Work with colleagues, suppliers, and site owners to gather necessary information for the Sites Directory Handbook.
  • Contribute to other projects within the Publishing team as needed, providing support across tasks and initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven work experience of proofreading and working with data
  • Familiarity with content management systems and databases
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel or Google Sheets and Docs
  • Experience of Adobe Photoshop is an advantage, but not essential
  • Good organisation skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Able to participate and contribute as a full team player
  • Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues across different teams and functions
