  • Key Tasks/Accountabilities
  • Reconciling payments to bookings and ensuring the correct level of revenue is recognised in the accounts at Park Cliffe site.
  • Campsite UK booking reconciliation, which requires greater scrutiny due to more complex booking information at the Park Cliffe site.
  • Reconciling the bar/shop to ensure that the correct revenue level is recognised in the accounts at the Park Cliffe site.
  • VAT adjustments on all bookings and accounting for them at the Park Cliffe site.
  • Support the site weekly with various requests and issues.
  • Establish a process for UK sites Capex reporting via Clarizen to be reconciled with SAP.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to research and analyse topics.
  • Good oral and written skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships liaising with internal stakeholders and external bodies.
