Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Brand & Campaign Manager with the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across relevant channels to grow awareness and drive growth in memberships, campsite and glamping bookings, and other Club products.
- Collaborate across the marketing department (Product Marketing, Digital & Content, PR, Organic Social, Publications, Partners, Event teams) to ensure consistent implementation across owned channels.
- Work with external marketing and brand agencies to execute best‑in‑class campaigns, ensuring delivery on time and within budgets.
- Grow the brand using a multi‑channel approach, both below‑the‑line and above‑the‑line marketing techniques.
- Build and execute paid‑media campaigns supporting business objectives, working with the media buying agency to devise effective multichannel media plans.
- Manage day‑to‑day campaign work with the media agency across PPC, paid social, and digital display platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of all brand and acquisition campaigns: measuring success, analysing data, post‑campaign reporting, identifying trends and sharing best practices.
- Monitor brand health, category trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, improving overall brand positioning.
- Act as a brand ambassador, supporting deployment of brand strategy (essence, values, positioning, identity) and ensuring consistent application across touchpoints.
- Provide technical guidance on brand guidelines to agencies and third parties, protecting brand integrity and IP.
- Assist with trademark protection of the Club’s IP assets.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with local market regulations (Advertising Standards, CAP codes, FCA regulations, Data Protection).
- Carry out any other duties as requested by the Head of Marketing and Senior Brand & Campaign Manager.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in the travel or outdoor leisure markets (preferred).
- Experience in brand, acquisition, product or campaign marketing.
- Strong understanding and experience managing paid media campaigns on PPC, paid social, and digital display channels.
- Experience working with media agencies.
- Strong written skills, including copywriting.
- Significant marketing experience in an agency or client side within a B2C customer service industry environment.
- Strong relationship and influencing skills within a matrix environment.
- Proven analytical skills, with customer and industry insight.
- Ability to monitor and manage budgets.
- Knowledge of Google Suite.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload, delivering on time.
- Degree‑educated or a recognised marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) desirable, or equivalent experience.
