Lead growth-focused media pitches and build lasting client partnerships for major international brands, with a strong focus on digital media.

As a global media buying agency, we put people at the centre of everything we do, identifying and optimising audiences to deliver client outcomes. We are experience designers, not simply media planners. We build winning experiences by going deeper into consumer empathy and further into the possibilities of what's next in media and beyond. We pioneer in media, positively advocating for people, business and society in everything that we do.

We are looking for a Client Partner to help drive new business growth across a portfolio of international opportunities. Working closely with the Client President, you will lead and support pitches, turn opportunities into successful client relationships, and take ownership of the business you help win. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines a growth mindset with the ability to lead complex media pitches and run client business autonomously. Initially, your focus will be on converting new opportunities; as accounts are won, you will become a dedicated senior partner to those clients, supporting onboarding, building teams and unlocking further growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate new business pitches across multiple international prospects, from opportunity development through to conversion.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective clients, understanding their commercial priorities and translating them into clear growth opportunities.
  • Roll up your sleeves to develop pitch strategy, mobilise teams and deliver high-quality work at pace.
  • Take ownership of newly won business, becoming a key day-to-day senior client partner and ensuring a smooth transition from pitch to delivery.
  • Help build and lead the teams required to service new accounts successfully.
  • Manage client business with autonomy, maintaining strong standards of delivery, collaboration and commercial performance.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships after the initial win.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Convert new business opportunities through confident, well-led and strategically strong pitches.
  • Establish credibility and trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Bring together cross-functional teams effectively around a clear client proposition.
  • Transition won business smoothly into strong, sustainable client partnerships.
  • Build effective account teams and create clarity around roles, priorities and delivery.
  • Grow the value of client relationships by identifying and developing additional opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Senior client leadership experience within a media agency or a closely related environment with a track record of helping onboard newly won business and build the teams needed to deliver it.
  • The ability and appetite to lead complex pitches and mobilise teams around new business opportunities.
  • Experience running a significant piece of client business with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Broad knowledge of offline and online media, with strong digital media understanding.
  • Excellent commercial judgement, communication and senior stakeholder-management skills.
  • A proactive, growth-focused approach and a willingness to be hands-on when needed.
  • Experience supporting international clients, regional hubs or multi-market operating models.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within consumer electronics, home appliances or a related category.
