We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Jewelry Designer. This role involves designing and creating unique, fine jewelry pieces while also being responsible for sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design unique and bespoke jewellery pieces for in-house collections
- Design bespoke jewellery for Clients
- Manage the entire process from designing, customer presentation, CAD approval, selection of gemstones, to overseeing the manufacturing, delivery time and Q.C
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect piece, offering expert advice, and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Manage customer customisation requests
- Assist Retail Boutique
- Administrative duties
Qualifications
- Qualification as a Jewellery designer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
- Conversational Mandarin
- Basic Photography skills
- Proficiency in design software; Adobe
- Proficiency in Jewelry design software and techniques, (e.g CAD software, Procreate)
- Knowledge of gemology, including an understanding of gemstones, diamonds, and their grading
