An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B technology business as a Senior Marketing Manager, taking a leading role in turning marketing strategy into campaigns that generate qualified leads, pipeline and measurable commercial results.

This is a senior but genuinely hands-on role.

You'll work across the full marketing mix, managing campaigns, agencies and day-to-day activity while working closely with Sales, Product and the wider Marketing team.

The business is looking for someone who understands the complete journey from marketing activity through to lead generation, Sales engagement and ultimately pipeline and revenue.

You'll be joining an ambitious team where people are trusted to take ownership, make decisions and deliver.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of integrated marketing activity across multiple channels, translating wider strategy into a clear programme of campaigns and priorities.

This isn’t a role where everything is handed to agencies or delegated to the wider team.

You’ll remain close to delivery, with enough hands‑on marketing knowledge to understand what’s working, identify what isn’t and challenge external partners where necessary.

Lead generation and pipeline are central to the role.

You’ll work closely with Sales to ensure campaigns are targeting the right audiences, generating high‑quality opportunities and supporting wider commercial objectives.

You’ll also work across the website, content, digital, events and Sales enablement, while supporting major launches and targeted Account‑Based Marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Translate marketing strategy into clear quarterly priorities, campaign plans and day‑to‑day activity
  • Lead demand generation activity focused on creating qualified leads, opportunities and pipeline
  • Manage campaigns across paid media, Linked In, email, content, events, website and other relevant channels
  • Develop targeted Account‑Based Marketing campaigns in partnership with Sales

  • Partner with Product and other internal teams on messaging, positioning, launches and go‑to‑market activity
  • Manage external agencies across digital, content, PR and specialist marketing activity
  • Set clear agency briefs, objectives, budgets and performance expectations
  • Challenge agency recommendations and hold external partners accountable for delivery and results
  • Support and manage the wider Marketing team, ensuring priorities and responsibilities remain clear
  • Oversee website activity across content, SEO, CRO, design and development
  • Monitor marketing performance across the funnel, including lead quality, conversion, opportunities and pipeline
  • Track campaign performance and ROI, using data to determine what should be scaled, changed, tested or stopped
  • Manage marketing budget pacing and maintain visibility of spend and performance
  • Support continued growth across UK and US enterprise markets

Requirements

  • Circa 5–7 years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally within Saa S, technology, digital products or another enterprise‑focused environment
  • Experience operating at Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager level while remaining hands‑on with delivery
  • Strong track record of running integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience generating leads and contributing to measurable pipeline or revenue outcomes
  • Strong commercial understanding of the marketing funnel, conversion, pipeline and ROI
  • Team management experience with the ability to lead while remaining close to day‑to‑day activity
  • Significant experience managing external marketing agencies
  • Enough hands‑on digital marketing knowledge to confidently challenge agencies and assess their recommendations and performance
  • Good understanding of PPC, paid social and Linked In
  • Experience across email marketing, content and events
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Experience collaborating with Product and wider internal stakeholders
