For a design-led lifestyle and homeware brand redefining modern luxury
Location: Remote (UK-based only)
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Potential for Share Options
Type: Full-time
Overview:
We’re a fast-growing, design-forward home & lifestyle brand bringing beautifully made furniture and homeware directly from skilled artisans to UK homes. Our marketplace model cuts out the middleman, making artisan craftsmanship more accessible and transparent while championing thoughtful design, sustainability, and storytelling.
Originally founded by former leaders at Wayfair and Amazon, we’ve recently launched our consumer-facing brand after 3+ years of behind-the-scenes building. Backed by a £5M seed round, we’re now gaining strong traction and we’re ready to scale our organic brand presence in the UK.
The Role:
We\’re looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager who lives and breathes all things content, culture, and interiors. You\’re likely someone who follows home tours, finds joy in styling a shelf, and has an eye for brands that feel like a lifestyle. You understand the power of organic growth and know how to craft a narrative that captures hearts, not just attention.
This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of our organic channels. You’ll develop, post, engage, partner, and build bringing the brand to life in the homes and feeds of our growing community. You’ll be creative, resourceful, and obsessed with delivering polished, on-brand storytelling across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
Own and Grow Our Organic Channels
- Create and publish original content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond
- Schedule, adapt, and finesse posts for each platform’s style and tone
Lead Community & Engagement
- Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and community shout-outs
- Nurture a warm, approachable, and consistent tone of voice
- Surface recurring themes or questions to help shape brand comms
Curate and Elevate UGC
- Source and gain usage rights for beautiful customer content
- Keep an eye for real homes and lived-in styling that fits our brand
- Archive and reuse content across platforms and campaigns
- Discover creators in the UK lifestyle, decor, and interiors space
- Handle outreach, gifting, comms, logistics, and usage rights
- Work closely with an agency to manage ongoing campaigns
- Build an ecosystem of authentic, long-term creative partners
Spot Trends, Set the Pace
- Stay ahead of platform trends, visual formats, and voice shifts
- Recommend timely content angles, hooks, or creative twists
- Bring a fresh POV while staying true to the brand’s aesthetic
Keep It All Running Smoothly
- Use tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Drive to keep calendars, assets, and creator workflows crystal-clear
- Track what’s working, flag what’s missing, and always look for ways to optimise
Nice to Have:
- A natural storyteller: You know how to craft a narrative visually and verbally.
- Style-savvy: You’re obsessed with good design, balance, and what makes a feed scroll-stopping.
- Plugged into culture: You’re always watching what’s trending in the decor, lifestyle, and creator world.
- Hands-on & proactive: You’re not afraid to test, tweak, and take initiative without a full team behind you.
- Organised to the core: You love a well-labelled folder, a clean calendar, and keeping things tidy across tools.
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing social and/or influencer campaigns for a brand or agency
- Solid knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok (you know what works — and what doesn’t)
- Great copy instincts with natural, conversational tone
- Able to shoot/edit simple, stylish content at home when needed (Canva, InShot or CapCut are your friends)
- Comfortable managing creators from outreach to contracts to content approvals
- Ideally, some experience in home, lifestyle, or D2C e-commerce (but not essential)
Location: Fully Remote – United Kingdom
- Fully remote – Work from anywhere in the UK
- Aesthetically fulfilling work – Build a brand you can be proud of
- Early-stage impact – Play a key role at a crucial moment in our growth
- Potential for equity – Be part of the value you help create
